Onsite Badging

Badging hours: Monday through Thursday from 7:00AM-9:00AM in the C4 Trailer

Each individual shall provide:

    o Drivers License/Photo ID

    o TWIC

    o Proof of current PSM Training (Basic Orientation Plus, PetroChem+, BuiltRite, MOST, Safety Essentials)

    o Proof of current Monroe Site Specific Training (21MONROE via Delaware Valley Safety Council)

Note: All individuals whose job requires them to enter a process area, laboratory, or maintenance shop shall be clean shaven per RG-SAF-408 Respiratory Protection Standard.
